POOL PARTY!
The senior class of the men's swimming and diving team celebrates winning the Big Ten Championship in the diving well of Indiana's Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center. After three years of runner-up finishes at the conference meet, the Michigan seniors made their last opportunity count, ending their collegiate careers as conference champions.

LEADER OF THE PACK
True first-year collegian Ericka VanderLende (wearing a pink Michigan uniform) leads the field at the 2019 Pre-National Invitational in Terre Haute, Ind. VanderLende ultimately finished fifth in the talented field, foreshadowing a debut campaign that featured a sixth-place finish at the Big Ten Championships as the conference’s Freshman of the Year, and finishing 25th at the NCAA Championships, also in Terre Haute, for All-America honors.

ROW, ROW, ROW YOUR BOAT
The rowing team traveled to Norris Lake at Twin Cove Resort and Marina in Caryville, Tenn., for its annual spring training trip in preparation for the season. Head-on photos can provide a unique perspective on the water, and here, junior rower Julia Gehlert strokes a Wolverine varsity four with sophomore Lillian Mei behind her.

A RAMBLE AT RADRICK
The Michigan golf teams have two university-owned courses at their disposal, allowing them to host tournaments and varying qualifying rounds. In addition to the U-M Golf Course, Radrick Farms Golf Course offers a second challenging 18 holes -- including the well-bunkered ninth hole -- on which the Maize and Blue can compete.

CHEER FOR THE MAIZE AND BLUE
The Michigan cheer team takes the floor before the U-M men’s basketball team defeated rival Michigan State, 77-68, on Feb. 8 at Crisler Center.

SLEEVELESS SIDELINE
The Michigan men's lacrosse team debuted sleeveless maize jerseys prior to taking on defending NCAA champion Yale on March 7 at the Pacific Coast Shootout in Costa Mesa, Calif. It was the one time the Wolverines wore them, as the season came to an abrupt end five days later.

STORMING TOWARD THE FINISH
Amid driving rain and wind, Devin Meyrer races the final few meters to the finish line of the 10-kilometer (6.21-mile) men’s race at the 2019 NCAA Cross Country Championships in Terre Haute, Ind. The junior ran the race of his life, finishing 16th overall to lead the Michigan men to a seventh-place team finish – their best finish in two decades.

SWEET VICTORY
In a race that featured two lead changes in the final two laps, track and field redshirt senior Meg Darmofal celebrates as she clinches Michigan's distance medley relay title over rival Michigan State at the 2020 Big Ten Indoor Championships in Geneva, Ohio. Alice Hill began the race, Chloe Foster ran the second leg, and Aurora Rynda ran the third leg and handed the baton to Darmofal for the anchor leg.
