University of Michigan Hall of Honor

Ann Colloton
- Induction:
- 2008
Ann Colloton helped propel the Michigan swim team to heights both in the Big Ten Conference and nationally. During her career from 1987-1990, Colloton was co-captain on Wolverine teams that never relinquished the conference title or a top-10 national ranking. Her 200-yard breaststroke dominance resulted in three straight Big Ten individual titles and an NCAA championship in 1989. Colloton was an eight-time NCAA All-American and twice named U-M Female Athlete of the Year (1989 and 1990). Her academic performance equaled her athletic prowess as she was named a three-time Academic All-Big Ten Conference honoree.
