Accessible Ticket Policies for Michigan Stadium Football Games
The University of Michigan strives to create an accessible and inclusive experience for individuals with disabilities consistent with applicable federal and state laws. The following ticketing/seating policies and procedures are in effect to assist individuals with disabilities:
- Wheelchair users: Wheelchair users and their companion will be permitted, subject to availability, to purchase adjacent seats in a manner which affords them full and equal accessibility. Wheelchair users will be entitled to the same access to the ticket sales process as customers without disabilities.
 - Season Tickets: Season ticket sales for current accessible users and their companions can be renewed in the same manner as customers without disabilities, except as noted in this policy. Accessible users and their companions shall be afforded a choice of seating locations from among the available accessible locations.
 - Single Game Tickets: Subject to availability of accessible seating, the University will offer for sale single game tickets for accessible seats and associated companion seats.
 - Exchanges: ADA accessible ticket exchanges are currently available. Due to limited availability, exchanges will be for one handicap-ADA/accessible ticket and one companion ticket. Email mtickets@umich.edu with a screenshot of your tickets with your exchange request, exchanges can not be done over the phone.
Another option is to exchange tickets at Crisler Center (Northeast Entrance) on game day beginning two-and-a-half hours prior to the game. Subject to availability, the Athletics Ticket Office will provide accessible tickets in a comparable Preferred Seat Donation tier to the original bench tickets. Ticket exchanges are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessible seating can include spaces that accommodate guests in wheelchairs and folding chairs for guests who don't need a wheelchair but have other needs.
Likewise, a person who wishes to transfer accessible tickets to a non-accessible designated seat must provide their tickets to the Athletics Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the game to exchange their tickets for comparable bench seating that is not designated as accessible. Subject to availability, the Athletic Ticket Office will provide such tickets in a comparable Preferred Seat Donation tier to the original accessible tickets. Ticket exchanges are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
 - Seats Reserved Exclusively for Individuals with Disabilities: Accessible reserved season and individual tickets will only be sold (or exchanged) to individuals with accessible seating needs and/or those purchasing or exchanging accessible companion tickets.
