Elaine Crosby was a two-sport standout during her time at Michigan. Crosby first tried her hand at tennis, lettering during her first two years in Ann Arbor, but then she shifted her focus to golf. In her two years on the tennis team (1977-78), Crosby compiled a record of 13-9 in singles play and 5-1 in doubles action. Crosby moved over to the golf course in 1980-81. After Michigan, Crosby joined the LPGA and enjoyed a success professional career, earning two career wins. In 1994, Crosby served as president of the LPGA Tour.
