Gordon Wilkie

In 1964, Gordon Wilkie helped lead Michigan to the 1964 NCAA ice hockey championship. As team captain, Wilkie’s 1964 squad compiled a 24-4-1 and defeated the University of Denver 6-3 to win the NCAA crown. That season, Wilkie was the MVP and leading scorer in the WCHA and was named an All-American at center. He went on to play professional hockey for three years.
