M. C. Burton

M. C. Burton

1959

One of Michigan's finest all-time basketball players, M. C. Burton put together a three-year basketball career which culminated in All-America, All-Big Ten and team MVP honors in his final season of 1958-59. Off the court, Burton earned Dean's List recognition throughout his four years and graduated with honors in 1959. Burton continued at Michigan and earned his medical doctorate from the University in 1963. He was selected for both Sphinx and Michigamua honoraries and is a member of the M-Club.
