It was the second straight shutout of the week for Michigan, which has gone more than two and a half matches (243:03 minutes) without allowing a goal.
The Wolverines led 1-0 at the half as Kacy Beitel (Midland, Mich./H.H. Dow HS) scored her fifth goal of the season at 16:50. Emily Schmitt (Troy, Mich./Athens HS) notched her fourth tally at 69:46 to provide Michigan with an insurance goal.
