The University of Michigan is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive game day experience for all guests. This guide highlights accessibility services, accommodations, and resources available at Michigan Stadium. If you need assistance during your visit, please ask the nearest Event Team Member. For questions before or after game day, email guestservices@umich.edu.

The Football Game Day Map identifies:
- Accessible routes from parking lots to stadium entrances
- Accessible pathways throughout the stadium
- Accessible restroom locations
Guests needing assistance navigating the stadium should contact the nearest Event Team Member.

Questions or concerns regarding campus accessibility may be directed to the University ADA Coordinator by emailing adacoordinator@umich.edu.
Concerns of disability discrimination or harassment may be submitted to the Equity, Civil Rights and Title IX Office (ECRT) using the ECRT reporting form.

Service dogs and trained miniature horses assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside Michigan Stadium.
Service animals in training accompanying a trainer or handler are also permitted.
All other animals are prohibited.

Complimentary Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) are available at:
- Guest Services Building at Gate 9
- South Wheelchair Tent
A photo ID is required as a deposit. Devices must be returned within 45 minutes after the game.

Guests may be dropped off and picked up at:
- Gate 2
- Buffalo Lot at the Hoover Street Entrance
Accessible courtesy shuttles are available from the Buffalo Lot. See the Courtesy Shuttle Service information for additional details.

Elevators are available throughout Michigan Stadium for guests requiring accessible access.

- Gate 2
- Gate 4
- Gate 8
Guests may also use premium entrances to access elevators:
- East: Jack Roth Stadium Club Entrance
- West: Ross Tower or Levine Tower

Accessible parking is available in:
- Green Lot
- Blue Lot (Permit Required)
- Champions North (Permit Required)
Single-game accessible parking in the Green Lot is available on a first-come, first-served basis with a valid state-issued disability placard or license plate.
Complimentary courtesy shuttles, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles, operate before and after each game. Specific information and schedules are available on the Courtesy Shuttle Service page.
Accessible service is also available through the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority's TheRide FootballRide service.

Proximity Parking is available southeast of Crisler Center for guests needing parking closer to the stadium.
Please note:
- This lot is not fully accessible and does not have a fully accessible pathway to the stadium.
- Guests may encounter gravel, curbs and sloped walkways.
- A state-issued accessible parking placard is required.
Guests requiring a fully accessible route should use the Green Lot.

Accessible restrooms are available throughout Michigan Stadium, with the following exceptions:
- Section 14 (Lower Level)
- Section 24 (Lower Level)
- Section 32 (Lower Level)

Accessible seating is available throughout Michigan Stadium. Accessible seating is indicated on the Michigan Stadium Football Information page as the light blue highlighted areas on the Football Game Day Map.
Ticket Exchanges
- Exchanges are available based on availability.
- One accessible seat and one companion seat may be exchanged.
- Game day exchanges begin two and one-half (2.5) hours prior to kickoff at the Crisler Center Northeast Ticket Office.
- Advance exchange requests may be submitted by emailing mtickets@umich.edu.

Accessible ticket services are available at:
- Public Ticket Office: Crisler Center Northeast Entrance or the west window of Gate 9 Guest Services
- Student Ticket Office: Gate 9 along Keech Avenue
All locations open two and one-half (2.5) hours before kickoff and remain open until the start of the third quarter.

Complimentary wheelchair assistance is available throughout Michigan Stadium.

- Guest Service Tents located at Gates 2, 4, 8 and 10
- Guest Services Building at Gate 9
- South Wheelchair Tent at Gate 3
- Premium entrances
Wheelchair Assistance
Guests may request wheelchair assistance from any Event Team Member.
Guest Service Attendants can:
- Transport guests to and from their seats
- Assist with postgame departures
- Coordinate courtesy shuttle connections when needed
Wheelchair Check-Out
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for check-out for the duration of the game. Guests should inquire with a Guest Services Team Member for availability.
