ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- University of Michigan head football coach Lloyd Carr has announced that the Wolverines will conclude their 1999 spring drills with an open practice session on Saturday, April 17. The final practice of the spring will be held at Michigan Stadium beginning at 1 p.m. The activity will be free and open to the public. A format for the day's event will not be determined until the final week of practice.
