Gannon, the Wolverines' senior co-captain, scored two goals in a 4-0 victory at Iowa (Sept. 29) and had a goal and two assists in a 4-1 defeat of Southwest Missouri State (Sept. 30). Gannon is currently the leading scorer in the Big Ten with 31 points and is seventh in the nation. Foreman leads a Wolverine defense that has only allowed 1.07 goals per game this season. The Aussie defender made a defensive save against Southwest Missouri State and assisted on two goals against Iowa. Foreman has eight assists on the season. She tied the Wolverine single-season assist record last year with 22.
The Maize and Blue stickers will be back in action this weekend at Ocker Field contests against Northwestern on Friday (Oct. 6) at 4 p.m. and Central Michigan (Oct. 7) on Saturday at 1 p.m.
