U-M Swims No. 10-Ranked Texas in Exhibition Meet

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The 11th-ranked University of Michigan women's swimming and diving team participated in a non-scored matchup with the No. 10 Texas Longhorns on Saturday (Nov. 18) at Canham Natatorium.
The 200-yard medley relay team of Jennifer Crisman (Hudsonville, Mich./Jenison HS), Traci Valasco (Rochester Hills, Mich./Rochester Adams HS), Annie Weilbacher (Columbus, Ohio/St. Francis DeSales HS) and Laura Kaznecki (Wolverine Lake, Mich./Western HS) won with a time of 1:46.84 to open the exhibition meet.
Other Wolverine first-place performances came from Lindsay Carlberg (Carmel, Ind./Carmel HS) in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 58:08 and Weilbacher in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:28.26.
The Wolverines will be off the next two weeks but will be back in action against the Longhorns at the Texas Invitational in Austin on Dec. 1-3.
