Feldkamp Receives Big Ten Runner of the Week Award

PARK RIDGE, Ill. -- Senior Theresa Feldkamp (Lorain, Ohio/Amherst Steele) of the University of Michigan women's cross country team was named Big Ten Conference Runner of the Week on Tuesday (Oct. 11), after leading the Wolverines to a tie for first place in the 4,000-meter division at the Michigan Intercollegiate (Oct. 7). It is Feldkamp's first weekly honor of her career.

Last year, Feldkamp helped the Wolverines to team titles at the Big Ten Championships and NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships, finishing 13th at the regional. She also earned Academic All-Big Ten honors.
Feldkamp and the Wolverines will travel to Terre Haute, Ind. to participate in the NCAA Pre-Nationals on Saturday (Oct. 15) at 12:20 p.m. EST/CDT.
