Vincent Smith, a 5-6, 159 pound running back from Pahokee High School in Pahokee, Fla.,eclipsed 2,000 yards rushing and 29 touchdowns his senior season, earning Palm Beach Post small schools Offensive Player of the Year as a senior. He is a three-star prospect and rated as the No. 33 running back in the nation by Rivals.com. Smith helped Pahokee to three straight class 2B state titles and is teammates with Wolverine signee Brandin Hawthorne and Wolverine wide receiver Martavious Odoms. Smith came to Michigan for the winter semester and is enrolled in the School of Kinesiology.
