ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan baseball team's Big Ten opener at Iowa Friday (March 27) has changed from a 6 p.m. CDT start time to 4 p.m. CDT. First pitch was moved up two hours due to expected inclement weather Friday evening in the Iowa City area. Start times for the rest of the weekend have not been changed.
The Wolverines (14-6) begin their quest for a fourth straight Big Ten title when they open conference play this weekend against the Hawkeyes (7-10) at Duane Banks Field. Michigan owns a 97-42 series lead against Iowa heading into the weekend and have won 11 of the last 12 meetings.
All three games in the series can be heard live via MGoBlue.com.
