• Michigan is now 0-14 all-time against No. 1-ranked teams.
• Michigan trails in the all-time series against Illinois, 41-22.
• Michigan's win in the third set was the fourth set win against a No. 1 team in program history.
• With 13 kills, Alex Hunt moved into third place on the all-time kills list. She now has 1,423, passing Lyndsay Miller's mark of 1,420.
• It is the first time Michigan has lost four matches in a row since dropping the first four Big Ten contests of the 2006 season (Sept. 22-30, 2006).
• Sloane Donhoff recorded at least 10 digs (17) for the 17th time this season.
• Illinois recorded 17.0 blocks, the highest total for an opponent this season.
