NFL Veteran Jones to Host Twitterview on U-M Football's Twitter Handle July 6

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Former University of Michigan football star and 11-year National Football League veteran linebacker Dhani Jones (1996-99) will conduct the first-ever Twitterview on the University of Michigan football team's Twitter handle, @umichfootball, on Wednesday, July 6, at 7:30 p.m.
Fans may participate in the Twitterview by following Michigan football (@umichfootball) and Jones (@DhaniJones) on Twitter. Questions to Jones may be sent to @umichfootball with the hashtag, #AskDhani.
Jones played linebacker at Michigan from 1996-99 and was part of the 1997 national championship team. A 2000 NFL Draft choice of the New York Giants, Jones spent 2004-06 with the Philadelphia Eagles, 2007-10 with the Cincinnati Bengals, and has been part of two Super Bowl teams.
Jones, author of the new book "The Sportsman: Unexpected lessons from an Around-the-World Sports Odyssey" -- which touts his blueprint for physical and spiritual renewal through sampling the world's sports -- will appear at Barnes & Noble in Huron Village on 3225 Washtenaw Ave. on Thursday, July 7, at 7 p.m. in Ann Arbor.
