ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- University of Michigan football junior/sophomore quarterback Russell Bellomy (Arlington, Texas/Martin) is out indefinitely with a torn anterior cruciate ligament suffered in last Friday's practice, the team announced today (Monday, April 1).
"It's unfortunate, especially for a kid who battled through a tough injury last season and was having a really good spring," said Michigan head coach Brady Hoke. "We'll continue to support Russell and look forward to having him back on the field."
