Senior Mimi Nguyen becomes the first tennis player in U-M history to win four Big Ten titles.
Michigan is now 15-0 when winning the doubles point.
U-M finished the Big Ten season with a 10-1 record and has never lost more than one regular-season conference match in a season under head coach Ronni Bernstein.
U-M is now 39-13 all-time against Ohio State and has won 13 straight over the Buckeyes.
Ronit Yurovsky and Brooke Bolender have each won six matches in a row.
Brooke Bolender clinched her third match of the season and it marked the second straight season that Bolender clinched Michigan's Big Ten title.
U-M has won three straight doubles points.
The Wolverines won 10 Big Ten matches for the fourth straight season.
