Michigan used the starting lineup of Madison Ristovski, Cyesha Goree, Nicole Elmblad, Siera Thompson and Shannon Smith for the first time this season.
It was Madison Ristovski's first start since Dec. 13, 2013, when she was in the starting lineup against Notre Dame.
Maria Backman scored the first points of her career, finishing with seven points.
