Football Individual Ticket Prices Announced for 2015 Season

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan Athletic Department announced today (Tuesday, March 31) the individual ticket prices for the 2015 football season. The Wolverines will play seven home games this fall, with rivals Michigan State (Oct. 17) and Ohio State (Nov. 28) making visits to Michigan Stadium.
The individual game football tickets are priced to allow fans to select the game and seat location that best fits their individual preference. The 2015 tickets will not be dynamically priced, which is the practice of continually adjusting single-game ticket prices based on real-time market conditions with the biggest factor being fan demand and ticket scarcity. Individual tickets will go on sale in July.
"We are making the changes to our individual ticket options based on feedback from our fans," said David Ablauf, associate athletic director for football communications. "This variable pricing structure creates more options to accommodate the various priorities of our dedicated fans. The new pricing model was developed following fan feedback and analysis of ticket sales patterns."
As previously announced in the fall, season ticket pricing remains unchanged at a price of $455 (average of $65 per game). With the rollout of this new pricing model, the season ticket price represents at least a $90 savings over purchasing each ticket individually.
