• Michigan heads into Iowa City having claimed victory in six of its last nine trips to Kinnick Stadium with one tie against the Hawkeyes (6-2-1). U-M has a 15-7-1 record at Kinnick Stadium and is 16-7-1 all-time in Iowa City, Iowa. The Wolverines have a 2-2 mark at Iowa when both teams enter the game ranked nationally.
Iowa Series History
• This will be the 60th meeting between Michigan and Iowa.
• The Wolverines hold a 41-14-4 lead in the all-time series and has claimed victories in 11 of the last 17 games between the two schools.
