Moritz Wagner (March 13)
NABC All-District -- Junior Moritz Wagner was named as one of 10 players to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-District 7 second team. With all 10 honorees from the Big Ten, the first team was comprised of Ohio State's Keita Bates-Diop, Michigan State's Miles Bridges, Purdue's Carsen Edwards, Nebraska's James Palmer Jr. and Penn State's Tony Carr. With Wagner heading up the second team, he was joined by Purdue's Vince Edwards and Isaac Haas, Indiana's Juwan Morgan and Wisconsin's Ethan Happ. » NABC All-District Teams

USBWA All-District -- Junior Moritz Wagner was named as one of 11 players to the United States Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) All-District V team. Wagner was one of seven Big Ten players to make the team along with Ohio State's Keita Bates-Diop (District V Player of Year), Michigan State's Miles Bridges and Cassius Winston, Purdue's Carsen Edwards and Vince Edwards, Indiana's Juwan Morgan and Wisconsin's Ethan Happ. » USBWA All-District Teams

Karl Malone Power Forward of the Year Award Watch List -- Junior Moritz Wagner was named as one of 20 players to watch for the 2018 Karl Malone Power Forward of the Year Award as released by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. This list will be narrowed down to 10 in mid-February and then in March, five finalists will be presented to Karl Malone and the selection committee to decide the honoree. The winner of the award will be presented at the fourth annual ESPN College Basketball Awards Show live from Los Angeles on Friday, April 6. Wagner is joined by Minnesota's Jordan Murphy as lone Big Ten representatives on the early 20 list. >> Hoops Hall Awards
