• Michigan improved to 51-15-1 in the all-time series against Wisconsin, dating back to 1892, including a 24-6 record in games played at Michigan Stadium. The Wolverines have won 19 of the last 26 matchups and 33 of the last 41 overall.
• U-M is 5-0 at Michigan Stadium this season and have outscored its opposition by a combined 230-67 margin.
• Tonight's announced attendance of 111,360 marks the 283rd consecutive game at Michigan Stadium with a crowd in excess of 100,000. It was a season-high crowd at the Big House.
• Junior quarterback Shea Patterson completed 14-of-21 passing attempts for 124 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions. He also earned a career-high 90 rushing yards on nine carries and scored his first rushing touchdown at Michigan -- second in his collegiate career -- on a seven-yard run in the third quarter.
• Patterson's 81-yard run early in the second quarter is Michigan's longest since Denard Robinson's 87-yarder vs. Notre Dame in 2010. It is tied for the 15th longest run from scrimmage in Michigan history and is the second longest by a Michigan quarterback.
• Sophomore quarterback Dylan McCaffrey also posted his first rushing touchdown, on a 44-yard run in the fourth quarter. The last time two Michigan quarterbacks scored rushing touchdowns in a game was Oct. 8, 2011 at Northwestern when Denard Robinson and Devin Gardner combined for three. Michigan's quarterbacks -- Patterson, McCaffrey and freshman Joe Milton -- combined for 156 rushing yards on 12 carries tonight against Wisconsin.
• Milton made his Michigan debut with a brief appearance during the Wolverines' opening drive, carrying the ball for a one-yard loss. He returned in the fourth quarter and logged a 23-yard rush.
• Senior running back Karan Higdon carried the ball 19 times for 105 yards and one touchdown. It was his fifth straight 100-yard rushing game and the ninth of his career. Higdon recorded his sixth touchdown of the season -- 23rd of his career -- on two-yard rush in the second quarter. Higdon has scored at least one touchdown in five of six appearances this season.
• Michigan held Wisconsin to a season-low 283 total yards of offense and 100 passing yards. The Badgers' previous season lows were 394 total yards vs. BYU and 151 passing yards vs. New Mexico.
• Wisconsin quarterback Alex Hornibrook is 11-2 in career road starts, with both of his losses coming at Michigan. He was 9-for-25 passing for 88 yards and threw a career-worst three interceptions in a 14-7 loss to the Wolverines on Oct. 1, 2016. Tonight, Hornibrook was 7-for-20 for 100 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions, with 75 of Hornibrook's passing yards coming in the final five minutes of the fourth quarter.
• U-M held Wisconsin to just 2-of-11 (18.2 percent) on third-down conversions. The Wolverines' defense averaged 34.1 percent on third-down conversions allowed entering tonight's game.
• Junior safety Josh Metellus registered his third interception of the season and returned it for 31 yards in the second quarter. Metellus previously posted a 73-yard interception return for a touchdown against SMU early this season.
• Junior cornerback Lavert Hill recorded a 21-yard pick-six in the fourth quarter. It was his third career interception and second for a touchdown (24 yards against Cincinnati last season). He is just the third player in Michigan program history to register two interception returns for touchdowns, joining Lance Dottin (1989-91) and Thom Darden (1969-71).
• Michigan boasts three interception returns for touchdowns this season -- previously Metellus for 73 yards vs. SMU and Brandon Watson for 46 yards vs. Maryland.
• Junior linebacker Devin Bush recorded a sack -- for a loss of two yards -- in the first quarter, upping his season total to 3.5 and career total to nine. Junior linebacker Josh Uche posted his third sack of the season -- fourth of his career -- for a nine-yard loss in the second quarter.
• Prior to the game, Michigan paid homage to its tradition of producing offensive line talent. More than 20 offensive linemen were honored in a pregame ceremony, each of whom played at least five years in the NFL, was an All-Big Ten selection or was a U-M team captain.
