
Postgame Notes: #4 Michigan 31, Indiana 20

• Tonight's announced attendance of 110,118 marks the 285th consecutive game at Michigan Stadium with a crowd in excess of 100,000.
• Today's game marked the 67th all-time meeting between Michigan and Indiana. The Wolverines improved to 58-9 in the series with 23 straight wins against the Hoosiers. U-M has also won 20 straight home games in the series.
• Michigan completed the home portion of its 2018 schedule with a perfect 7-0 record at the Big House. U-M outscored its home opposition by a combined 303-94 margin.
• Michigan remains the only undefeated team in Big Ten Conference play with an 8-0 record (10-1 overall).
• Today's game marked the 50th of Jim Harbaugh's tenure at Michigan. The Wolverines are 38-12 under Harbaugh and have posted at least 10 wins in three of his four seasons at the helm.
• Freshman kicker Jake Moody set a Michigan single-game record with six field goals, going 6-for-6 in his collegiate placekicking debut. He made his first collegiate field goal on a 32-yard attempt early in the first quarter and converted on subsequent attempts of 30, 31, 33, 23 and 29 yards. Four Wolverine players previously registered five field goals in a game, most recently junior kicker Quinn Nordin, who made five last season against Air Force (Sept. 16, 2017).
• Junior quarterback Shea Patterson completed 16 of 28 passes for 250 yards and one touchdown. Patterson also rushed the ball nine times for 68 yards -- a 7.6 yards per carry average.
• Senior running back Karan Higdon recorded his eighth 100-yard game this season, finishing with 21 carries for 101 yards and one touchdown -- a two-yard rush in the third quarter for his 10th touchdown of the season and 27th of his career. Higdon's 100-yard game was the 13th of his career, tying him for eighth -- with Gordon Bell (1973-75), Billy Taylor (1969-71) and Tim Biakabutuka (1993-95) -- among U-M's all-time leaders in the category.
• Junior tight end Nick Eubanks scored his first collegiate touchdown on a career-long 41-yard catch in the second quarter. He is the third Wolverine tight end to score a touchdown this season.
• Senior tight end Zach Gentry registered two catches -- 41 yards and 42 yards -- for 83 yards. His previous career long was 36 yards, which he posted last season against Cincinnati. Gentry also extended his receiving streak to 15 consecutive games with a catch.
• Sophomore wide receiver Tarik Black registered his first catch of the season -- a five-yard reception in the second quarter.
• Junior linebacker Devin Bush recorded a season-high 11 tackles, including 1.5 tackles for loss, against the Hoosiers. He has posted at least seven tackles in seven games this season. He owns double-digit tackles in four career games, including a career-best 12 against Air Force last season.
• Junior defensive lineman Michael Dwumfour posted his first career interception, with no return, in the first quarter.
• Junior linebacker Khaleke Hudson earned his first career fumble recovery in the third quarter, while sophomore defensive end Kwity Paye had his first career forced fumble on the play.
