Michigan Rebounds in Second Round at Spring Opener, Sits in 11th Place

» The University of Michigan women's golf team rebounded from a spring-opening 312 at the Moon Golf Invitational with a second-round 298 and is 11th after 36 holes.
» The Wolverines' second-round 298 is the ninth sub-300 round of the season.
» Elodie Van Dievoet (74-75) leads the Wolverine starting five with a 149 first-day total (tie-21st). She recorded five birdies, 10 bogeys and 21 pars in her opening 36 holes.
» Playing as an individual, Hannah Ghelfi shot a career-best 73 (+1) in the second round to also sit tied for 21st at 149.
» Michigan will play the final round with Southern Miss and Rutgers off holes 10 through 15 at 8:45 a.m.
