Big Ten Gymnast of the Week -- Sophomore Natalie Wojcik made it back-to-back weeks as the Big Ten Gymnast of the Week after winning the all-around against New Hampshire with a 39.675. It is her fourth honor this season and ninth of her career. She also matched career highs on bars (9.950) and floor (9.950) for two other event titles. » Big Ten Release
Big Ten Event Specialist of the Week -- Freshman Gabby Wilson receives her first career Big Ten weekly honor, earning the Big Ten Event Specialist of the Week for her performance against New Hampshire. She won vault for the fourth time this season with a career-high 9.925 and also scored 9.900 on floor. » Big Ten Release
Big Ten Freshman of the Week -- Freshman Sierra Brooks keeps it rolling with her seventh consecutive Big Ten Freshman of the Week award. She finished second on every event and the all-around, posting a 9.900 or better on each event. Her scores combined for a career-best 39.650 in the all-around. » Big Ten Release
Natalie Wojcik, Abby Brenner, Sierra Brooks (Feb. 25)
Big Ten Gymnast of the Week -- Sophomore Natalie Wojcik posted the seventh highest all-around score in program history to earn a third Big Ten Gymnast of the Week honor this season and eighth in her career. She scored a career-high 39.775 to win the all-around at Elevate the Stage (Feb. 22) and lead U-M to a regular-season Big Ten championship. She had a career-high 9.975 on balance beam, matched her career high on uneven bars with a 9.950 and scored a 9.950 on vault to win those three events. » Big Ten Release
Big Ten Event Specialist of the Week -- Sophomore Abby Brenner earned her first career Big Ten weekly honor, receiving the Big Ten Event Specialist of the Week. Brenner tied for the win on vault at Elevate the Stage with a 9.950, her third win on the event in the last four meets. Big Ten Freshman of the Week -- Sierra Brooks has set a record for most consecutive Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors with her sixth straight in 2020. She earned a win on floor with a 9.950 and matched a career high in the all-around with a 39.500 at Elevate the Stage. » Big Ten Release

Big Ten Freshman of the Week -- Sierra Brooks became just the second Wolverine gymnast to earn Big Ten Freshman of the Week five straight weeks, joining Olivia Karas (Jan. 5, 2016–Feb. 1, 2016). Brooks made it five in a row after winning the all-around (39.475), vault (9.875) and uneven bars (9.900) in a road win at Iowa last Friday (Feb. 14). » Big Ten Release
Lexi Funk (Feb. 14)
AAI Award Nominee -- Senior Lexi Funk has been named one of 32 nominees for the AAI Award, given annually to the nation's top senior women's gymnast. Funk is a two-year captain, a 2019 second team All-American on balance beam and a two-time all-conference selection.

Big Ten Freshman of the Week -- Sierra Brooks was named Big Ten Freshman of the Week for the third consecutive week after her second all-around victory of the season at Nebraska. Brooks matched her season best with a 39.500 to win the all-around. Big Ten Freshman of the Week -- Sierra Brooks received her first Big Ten weekly honor earning Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors following her performance at No. 13 Illinois on Saturday (Jan. 18). Sierra Brooks, Gabby Wilson (Dec. 12)
Big Ten Gymnast to Watch -- Freshmen Sierra Brooks and Gabby Wilson were named to the Big Ten Gymnast to Watch list. Brooks put on a show in the Wolverines' exhibition meet at Crisler Center on Dec. 7. Brooks won the all-around with a 39.425 as well as the uneven bars with a 9.925, and Wilson scored 9.825 or better on three events at the meet. » Big Ten Release
WCGA Preseason Poll (Dec. 11)
Michigan will start the season at No. 6 in the Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) preseason poll. The Wolverines received 1,515 points to come in sixth, leading all Big Ten teams. There are five Big Ten teams in the preseason top 25 with Minnesota and Nebraska the next highest ranked at No. 14 and No. 15, respectively. U-M will open the 2020 season on Friday, Jan. 10 at 6:30 p.m. against No. 17 Washington and Texas Woman's University. » WCGA Release
