
Inside Michigan Football Show to Return During Western Michigan Game Week

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The Inside Michigan Football television show and radio program will return to the airwaves this fall. With game week fast approaching, both programs will air their first episodes of the season.
The first episode of the Inside Michigan Football television program for the 2021 season is set to air on Sunday (Sept. 5).
The Inside Michigan Football radio show, presented by Meijer, will air its first episode on Monday (Aug. 30).
Longtime Michigan broadcaster Jim Brandstatter will host the TV show, which airs on WXYZ TV (Channel 7 Detroit) on Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m. Former NFL tackle and All-American Wolverine Jon Jansen returns to the show for his fourth season providing interviews and insight. The program features J. Ira and Nicki Harris Family Head Football Coach Jim Harbaugh as well as members of the 2021 Wolverine football team and coaching staff. The show will be packed with game highlights, exclusive interviews and exciting content from around the program.
In total, the program will be broadcast 15 times throughout the season.
Episodes will re-air Monday evenings at 5 p.m. on Bally's Sports Detroit, and a special bowl-game show will air at a date to be determined. Fans can also watch each episode online at MGoBlue.com beginning on Sunday afternoons.
The Inside Michigan Football radio program, hosted by Jansen, will air each Monday at 7 p.m. The first episode will air on Monday (Aug. 30) on the Michigan Sports Network from Learfield, including flagship station WWJ (950 AM). Each episode features an interview with an assistant coach and players from the Wolverine team.
Michigan will open the 2021 season on Saturday, Sept. 4, against Western Michigan at Michigan Stadium. The game is scheduled for a noon kickoff and will air nationally on ESPN.
