Michigan Secures At-Large Berth to NCAA Tournament

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan women's soccer team secured an at-large bid to the 2023 NCAA Tournament, the association announced Monday (Nov. 6). U-M will take on seventh-seeded Princeton in the first round. The top seed in U-M's bracket belongs to North Carolina.
U-M will take on the Tigers on Friday (Nov. 10). Match time is slated for 7 p.m. from Roberts Soccer Stadium.
Michigan ended the regular season on Sunday, Oct. 22, against Ohio State, and will bring a 7-6-4 overall record to the tourney.
The berth is the 16th in program history and the first since the Wolverines' quarterfinal run in the 2021 season.
The Wolverines have never faced the Tigers in program history.
