Rain Washes Out Midweek Softball Game at Saint Mary's

ORAGA, Calif. -- The University of Michigan softball team was forced to cancel its midweek game at Saint Mary's on Tuesday (Feb. 28) after a persistent stream of rain overnight and throughout the morning. The game will not be made up.
It is the Wolverines' first game lost to weather this season.
Michigan will resume its spring-break schedule at the annual Judi Garman Classic this Thursday through Saturday (March 2-4). The Wolverines will open play against UCF and host CSU Fullerton at 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. PST, respectively, at the Titans' Anderson Family Field. U-M will also face LSU (9:30 a.m. PST) and Seattle (Noon PST) on Friday (March 3) and wrap up the road trip against UCLA at noon PST on Saturday (March 4).
