
Ice Hockey Adds Horcoff to Roster

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- University of Michigan Graham Family Head Ice Hockey Coach Brandon Naurato announced on Friday, Dec. 27, that Will Horcoff will join the Wolverines as a mid-season addition.
Horcoff has been with the U.S. National Team Development Program for the last two seasons. The left-handed forward from Bloomfield Hills, Mich., has played in 19 games for the USNTDP this season, and has four goals, one a game-winning goal and four assists. Earlier this season, Horcoff picked up his first assist at Yost Ice Arena when the program lost a 5-4 game to the Wolverines in an exhibition match on Oct. 25. During the 2023-24 season, Horcoff played for the U17 national team, appearing in 54 games -- scoring 11 goals and eight assists. He also earned gold at the U17 Five Nations Tournament in Czechia in February 2024.
Horcoff played his youth hockey with Little Caesars and is 2025 NHL draft eligible.
Michigan will be back in action on Friday, Jan. 3, when it takes on Ohio State at Wrigley Field in Chicago, Ill., at the Frozen Confines.
