Michigan Announces 2024-25 Student Season Ticket Pricing

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan Athletic Department announced Tuesday (Feb. 13) the season ticket information and pricing for enrolled students during the 2024-25 academic year. The student purchase deadline for football is March 22. New in 2024, men's basketball and ice hockey student tickets will be available for returning students to purchase on Sept.10, 2024.Â
Currently enrolled students who purchased a season ticket (football/men's basketball/ice hockey) or were on a season ticket waitlist for the 2023-24 academic year can buy 2024 football season tickets between March 7 and March 22, 2024.
Enrolled students who do not currently have season tickets (football/men's basketball/ice hockey) or were not on a season ticket waitlist for the 2023-24 academic year will have access to request 2024 season tickets between March 18 and March 22, 2024.
The student ticket price for football is unchanged at $27 per game. With one additional home game during the 2024 season, the total is $216 ($120 need-based) for the Wolverines' home schedule.
The need-based program provides reduced-priced tickets for students who meet Federal Pell Grant eligibility criteria. The process for reduced pricing will be communicated to those eligible students by the Office of Financial Aid. Michigan's need-based ticketing model for students, now entering its tenth year, has an application deadline of Feb. 23, 2024.
The deadline for returning students to request football tickets is March 22. Men's basketball and ice hockey student tickets will be available for returning students to purchase on Sept. 10, 2024.Â
In addition to their game ticket, students will receive a free official season T-shirt with the purchase of the season ticket for football.Â
Following is the pricing for the three sports and the need-based pricing:

A $15 processing fee will be applied to the order.
Newly enrolled students (for the 2024-25 academic year) can request season tickets between June 17-27, 2024.
Students can attend any other Michigan varsity sporting event free of charge with a valid Mcard.
Like past seasons for football, attendance points from the 2023 season will determine student seating. Students with the highest point totals will be seated lower in the student section. Students who did not receive attendance points in 2023 will be seated higher in the student section but still lower than incoming students for 2024.
For each football game that students attend, they will receive three (3) attendance points. Students receive an additional 3 points for arriving (ticket scanned) 30 minutes before the game. Any student who transfers their tickets will receive a maximum of three (3) points.Â
Students can earn up to 42 points for the 2024 football season, equivalent to arriving at seven games at least 30 minutes before kickoff. The lowest point game for each student is dropped.
