Wolverines Tied for Seventh, Play Suspended at Hoosier Collegiate

» The University of Michigan men's golf team opened with a 299 team tally and was in a tie for seventh before play was suspended due to darkness at Indiana's Hoosier Collegiate at the Pfau Golf Course.
» The first day of play was delayed nearly two hours due to a frost delay, while weather hampered play for most of the day which caused play to be suspended after 12 holes.
» Teams will return Sunday morning to finish its second round and immediately move to final round.
» Using two birdies, Will Anderson paced the Wolverines in the first round with a 72 (+1), putting him in a tie for fifth. Hunter Thomson opened with a 75 and is tied for 27th.
