Canada 0, Germany 0 (Germany advances in penalty kicks, 4-2)
Canada saw its run at the 2024 Olympics come to an end, falling to Germany in a penalty kick shootout 4-2. Neither team could break through in regulation, sending the contest to extra time. After 30 minutes of extra time, the match remained scoreless to force the penalty shootout. Both teams converted on their first penalty kicks, with Germany taking a 2-1 lead after finding the back of the net on the second. Canada could not match on its next attempt and trailed the rest of the way to bow out of the 2024 Olympics. Shelina Zadorsky was on the active roster for the fourth straight contest but did not see game action.

For the third straight game, Shelina Zadorsky was on the active roster for Canada in place of Jayde Riviere. Canada used a goal from Vanessa Gilles in the 61st minute to take the lead and did not look back in the 1-0 win over Colombia. With the victory, Canada has advanced out of Group A with a 3-0 record. Zadorsky entered the contest with five minutes remaining in regulation after an injury, playing the final five minutes and all seven minutes of stoppage time in her second appearance of the Olympic Games.

Sunday, July 28
Canada 2, France 1
Shelina Zadorsky was again on the active roster for Canada in its second contest of the Olympic Games, replacing fellow Wolverine Jayde Riviere. Canada moved to 2-0 in the group stage, scoring two unanswered goals in the second half to defeat host France. Canada fell behind in the waning moments of the first half, as France found the back of the net in the 42nd minute. Canada pulled even with a goal in the 57th minute when Jessie Fleming cleaned up the rebound off an Ashley Lawrence cross. With the game tied at one at the end of 90 minutes, 13 minutes of stoppage time was added. Canada broke through in the 12th minute of stoppage time, getting a goal from Vanessa Giles to seal the win.

Shelina Zadorsky moved from an alternate to part of the active roster for Canada in its opening contest of the 2024 Olympics, playing one minute in extra time in a 2-1 Canadian victory. Zadorsky replaced fellow Wolverine Jayde Riviere, who missed the game with an ankle injury. It marked the 101st appearance for Zadorsky for her country, along with her third Olympic Games after playing for Canada in 2016 and 2020. Canada rallied from an early 1-0 deficit, leveling the game at one right before halftime with a goal from Cloe Lacasse. Canada went ahead in the 79th minute behind an Evelyne Viens' goal.
