ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- University of Michigan volleyball coach Erin Virtue announced changes to the upcoming Michigan Nike Classic on Thursday (Aug. 29) morning due to recent weather events that impacted Cliff Keen Arena.
The Wolverines will now play a doubleheader against Kent State on Sunday (Sept. 1) with the first match at 11 a.m. and the second match starting at 3 p.m. -- both being held at Crisler Center. Friday's (Aug. 30) season opener between Michigan and Delaware at 6 p.m. remains unchanged. The neutral site match between Delaware and Kent State will stay at 11 a.m. on Saturday (Aug. 31) but has been moved to Crisler Center in a closed-door match.
Single-game tickets purchased for Saturday's contest will be refunded. For Sunday's doubleheader, one ticket will be good for both matches and tickets can be purchased online or at the door.
