ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan rowing team announced Thursday (Dec. 4) the addition of four student-athletes to scholarship agreements.
The signing class includes Sabrina Coram, Lana Dayrell, Malin Madrian and Sophia Perton. The four student-athletes will join the U-M rowing program in the fall of 2026 as first-year students.
"We are excited to welcome this group of four to our program," said head coach Mark Rothstein. "Sabrina, Lana, Malin and Sophia are exciting additions to the University of Michigan Rowing program and the staff, team and I want to welcome each of them as they prepare to join us next fall. Our staff and current student-athletes have done an incredible job of representing our program in a positive light and highlighting what it means to be a Wolverine. It is a credit to them that we are able to welcome this group to our program."
"Each year, we continue to work toward our goals of winning a championship in an expanded Big Ten and performing on the NCAA Championship stage. In order to do this, we must bring in hard-working, team-first athletes willing to learn and grow on the water and in their lives. We believe this group of four has that ability, and we are excited to call them Wolverines."
