ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan football program wrapped up spring practice with its annual Maize vs. Blue Spring Game on Saturday afternoon (April 19) at Michigan Stadium.Â
• The Blue team accounted for all 17 points in the contest.
• Kicker Stuart Blake got the Blue team on the board with a 28-yard field goal at the 11:03 mark in the second quarter.
• Running back Micah Ka'apana scored the game's first touchdown from two yards out to put Team Blue up 10-0.
• Quarterback Bryce Underwood found tight end Jalen Hoffman for an 88-yard score to close out the afternoon and give Team Blue the 17-0 victory over Team Maize.
• Hoffman paced all receivers with seven receptions for 148 yards.
• Running back Bryson Kuzdzal led all rushers with 105 yards on 14 carries, including a 30-yard run in the third quarter.
• Defensive back Jeremiah Lowe logged two interceptions with one return yard along with a pass breakup for the Blue team.
• Linebacker Cole Sullivan led all defenders in tackles with seven, including one sack and two tackles for loss.
• Punter Hudson Hollenbeck downed three of five attempts inside the 20 while punting for both teams.
