ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan women's soccer team and head coach Jennifer Klein announced Monday (June 2) the program's first-ever Mini Fantasy Camp for women ages 21 and up to be hosted at U-M Soccer Stadium on Friday, Aug. 8.
"We are so excited to host our first women's soccer mini fantasy camp," Klein said. "We are looking forward to an intimate experience that allows us the opportunity to interact with our fans in a unique, fun way. We are proud of the environment and culture that we have created here at the University of Michigan women's soccer program, and we can't wait to share it."
The inaugural event aims to drive the fan experience to new heights by bringing the community closer to the game, student-athletes and coaches while showcasing the team-first culture that is Michigan women's soccer.
Through interactive stations, camp participants will have opportunities to immerse themselves into the elite world of Division I women's soccer at the University of Michigan. The Mini Fantasy Camp will include skill sessions, guided games and coaching from current staff and student-athletes.
Off the pitch, participants will take part in strength and conditioning workouts, film sessions and a facility tour with an optional post-camp social.
