
14 Wolverines Named USTFCCCA All-Academic Athletes; Men's Track Named All-Academic Team

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan men's track and field team earned U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Team honors, while 15 Wolverines earned All-Academic honors as announced by the USTFCCCA on Monday (June 21).
To be named an All-Academic Team, its cumulative team grade-point average for the 2024-25 academic year must be higher than 3.0. The Maize and Blue was one of 178 teams to earn the honor.
To be named an All-Academic Athlete, an athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 and complete at least two semesters at the nominating institution. Athletes must also have finished in the top 96 of any championship individual event or in the top 48 of any championship relay event during the indoor season or must have participated in any round of the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships or finished in the top 48 of the qualifying region for multi-events.
