» Following an opening-round 281 (-7), Michigan tallied a 274 (-14) and sits fourth with a 555 (-21) after 36 holes of the Island Resort Intercollegiate at Sage Run Golf Club.
» The Wolverine starters produced seven sub-par tallies, while overall with their three individuals posted 10 of 16 totals in the red. Sophomore Nilay Naik and freshman Jordan Hwang paced with 67s (-5).
» Overall, U-M has three Wolverines among the top 20, Nicolas Simon (69-70) and Naik (72-67) who are tied for 16th (139, -5), while sophomore RJ Arone is tied for 20th at 140 (70-70).
» Playing as an individual, sophomore Johnny Solis used back-to-back 71s to sit 34th at 142 (-2).
