Alford details his journey to Ann Arbor, shares his early impressions of the program, and discusses the Wolverines' current group of running backs. Then, around the 16-minute mark, Brian visits with fifth-year running back Kalel Mullings, who reflects on last year's run to the National Championship and sets the table for camp and the season ahead.

We finish up our Hall of Honor series with a player and coach combination from men's track and field. Our first guest is former National Champion Brian Diemer, who talks about his time as a star for the Wolverines in both cross country and track and field. Then, around the 21:30 mark, longtime track & field Head Coach Jack Harvey discusses his 25-year run leading the program and shares some great stories about Diemer and several other well-known Wolverines. Programming note – there will not be an episode of Conqu'ring Heroes next week due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
