• Ran a leg of the 4x400 relay at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 9-11) that did not finish the race. Earned USTFCCCA Honorable Mention status.
• Ran a leg of the 10th-place 4x400 relay that clocked 3:07.18 at the NCAA East Preliminaries (May 26 & 28) to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
• Ran a leg of the runner-up 4x400 relay in 3:!1.93 at the B1G Indiana Invitational #1 (March 26-27)

Indoor Track & Field
• Ran 48.46 in the 400 meter dash for 12th at the SPIRE B1G Invitational (Feb. 12-13)
• Ran 48.66 in the 400 meter dash for 2nd at the Gladstein Invitational (Jan. 23)
• Ran a career-best 22.18 in the 200 meter dash for 10th at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational (Jan. 16), and ran a leg of the winning 4x400 relay in 3:11.19

• Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help prevent the spread of the virus, the University of Michigan suspended all athletic activities, including practices, effective March 12.

• Ran 48.52 in the 400 meter dash for 12th at the Kentucky Rod McCravy Memorial (Jan. 24-25)
• Ran a career-best 22.34 in the 200 meter dash for 7th at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational (Jan. 18), and ran a leg of the winning 4x400 relay.
• Ran 22.58 in the 200 meter dash for 8th at the Wolverine Invitational (Jan. 11)

Sophomore (2018-19)

Outdoor Track & Field
• Earned Second-Team All-America honors as the anchor leg of the 14th-place 4x400 relay team that ran 3:07.09 at the NCAA Championships (June 5-8).
• Ran a leg of the 12th-place 4x400 relay team that ran 3:07.31 at the NCAA East Preliminaries (May 23-25) to qualify for the NCAA Championships.
• Ran 48.20 in the 400 meter dash for 17th at the Big Ten Championships (May 10-12), and ran a leg of the sixth-place 4x400 relay team that scored two team points.

• Ran 48.18 in the 400 meter dash to finish 20th at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24)and ran a leg of the seventh-place 4x400 relay team.
• Ran a career-best 22.57 in the 200 meter dash to finish 12th at the Silverston Invitational (Feb. 16)
• Ran a career-best 48.25 in the 400 meter dash to finish 2nd at the Kent State Qualifier (Feb. 9-10)also competing in the 4x400 relay, where the team ran 3:13.51 to finish 2nd.
• Ran 49.05 in the 400 meter dash to finish 15th at the Power Five Invitational (Feb. 2-3)after also competing in the 4x4 relay, where the team ran a 3:08.49 to win the competition.
• Ran a career-best 48.82 in the 400 meter dash to finish 7th at the Simmons-Harvey Quad (Jan. 20)

HIGH SCHOOL

2017 MHSAA LP D1 State Championships runner-up over 400 meters, running a career-best 47.88, and also ran a leg of the third-place 4x200 relay and 13th-place 4x400 ... The time ranks him second in the state (first among seniors) for the 2017 outdoor season, and in the top-25 all-time in Michigan history ... Ranked 65th nationally among seniors at 400 meters ... Won the 2017 Greater Lansing Honor Roll Meet of Champions both at 400 meters and in the long jump, leaping to the 11th-farthest jump in the state for 2017 at 6.80m (22-3.75) ... Won the Greater Lansing Honor Roll Meet of Champions 400 and long jump titles in 2016 ... Ran a leg of the fourth-place 4x400 relay at the 2015 MHSAA LP D1 State Championships.
