• NCAA Qualifier; forced to withdraw from the NCAA Championships after suffering a season-ending injury late in his final match at Big Tens
• Claimed fourth place at the Big Ten Championships (March 4-5) with a 3-2 record
• Split Big Ten matches against Nebraska's #3 Tyler Berger, earning a 3-1 overtime decision in the quarterfinals before falling, 5-2, in the third-place match
• Won 10 of his last 12 matches, including six wins against NCAA qualifiers
• Used an overtime takedown to beat Central Michigan's #7 Collin Heffernan, 4-2 (Feb. 2)
• Defeated Rutgers' #17 John Van Brill, 5-1 (Jan. 17)
