Michigan Football Bowl Ticket Information
Tickets for Donors and Football Season Ticket Holders
The exclusive period for donors to Michigan Athletics and Football season ticket holders to request bowl tickets will end Saturday, Dec. 6, at 11:59 PM. When requesting tickets during the priority access period, a credit card is required. Individuals receiving tickets will automatically have their total charged to the same card on Monday, Dec. 8.
Donors and football season ticket holders who do not take advantage of the priority request period may order bowl tickets during the public sale, subject to availability. It is important to be aware that a general public bowl sale is not guaranteed and will only occur if bowl tickets remain after all donor and football season ticket holder requests made during the priority request period have been fulfilled. There is no priority when ordering during the general public sale. Date and further details of a potential public sale will be communicated on Sunday, Dec. 7.

The deadline for priority access bowl requests is Saturday, Dec. 6, at 11:59 p.m.
You may indicate your preference for the number of tickets you would like to request for each potential bowl game you are interested in by doing the following:
- Sign in to your on-line account
- Complete the Bowl Request application. Retain your order confirmation.
- If you do not receive a bowl request confirmation e-mail, please email us at mtickets@umich.edu to verify that your request was placed.
Important items to note:
- You are not required to request tickets for every bowl game.
- You may request different amounts of tickets for different bowl games.
- Please note this is a request for tickets, not a guarantee. Your credit card will be used to make this request but you will not be charged until we can fulfill your request for the game we are attending. An email confirmation will be sent once your credit card has been charged.
- Your request is considered a commitment to purchasing the number of tickets you select without refunds or exchanges.
- We reserve the right to reduce your number of tickets purchased to be equitable to all donors/season ticket holders.
- All pre-orders will have seat locations assigned according to priority point total and prior to any ticket sales to the public.
- Bowl tickets are only available for the game in which Michigan is selected to participate.
- Limit of 8 tickets per bowl that can be requested.
Public Sale
Pending availability, bowl tickets to the public will be available for purchase by the general public. There is no donor or season ticket holder priority when ordering during the general public sale as tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Date and further details of a potential public sale will be communicated on Sunday, Dec. 7.
Student Bowl Tickets
Information on student bowl tickets will be communicated in early December. Student priority points will be used to determine bowl eligibility.
Alumni Association Bowl Tour
The Alumni Association will once again offer a variety of events and programs for Michigan fans. Depending on the bowl game, they will also host the official Michigan Bowl Tour which is available exclusively to Alumni Association members. More information will be announced on Sunday, Dec. 7. Frequently Asked Questions
Do season ticket holders/donors receive priority for bowl game access?
Football season ticket holders/athletic donors have priority access to request bowl tickets until Saturday, Dec. 6. Should there be a public sale after the official bowl announcement, season ticket holders and athletic donors will no longer have priority access and tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
What if I am a season ticket holder/athletic donor and want to attend a bowl game only if it is in a specific location?
Please complete the bowl game request during the priority access through Dec. 6 You are not required to request tickets for every bowl game. You may request tickets only to bowl games you wish to attend.
What if there are more bowl tickets requested during the priority request period than total tickets available?
If there are more requests than available tickets, orders will be placed in order of priority points. All pre-orders will also have seat locations assigned according to priority point total.
If I complete the bowl pre-order, am I committed to purchasing the tickets?
If you request tickets to a bowl game in which Michigan is selected to participate, your request is considered a commitment to purchase without refunds or exchanges. Upon bowl selection, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the order.
How do I check and/or increase my priority points?
You may check your point total by selecting VIEW MY POINTS.
The deadline to donate to ensure that donation's points are used during the bowl seating process was Friday, Nov. 21.
Will bowl tickets be available for purchase to the general public?
Should there be tickets remaining after the priority request period (Now-Dec. 6) for football season ticket holders/athletic donors, bowl tickets will be available to the public for purchase. Date and further details of a potential public sale will be communicated on Sunday, Dec. 7.
What if I am an athletic donor/football season ticket holder and do not request bowl tickets during the priority request period?
You may order bowl tickets during the public sale, subject to availability.
