Accessible Entrance
Guest with a disability or mobility issues may use the entrance ramp located off of Hoover Street or the sidewalk on the south end just off of the Athletic Lot.
Concessions
Full service concession stands are available in the main lobby located on the south end of Canham Natatorium. Concession services are managed by Sodexo, Inc.
Fan Conduct
Michigan Athletics is committed to providing a fun, respectful, and inclusive environment for all fans, student-athletes, faculty, and staff. Participants and guests should not be subjected to harassment or intimidation or any other kind of disruptive behavior while attending Michigan Athletic Department events. Any fan who engages in disruptive behaviors -- including but not limited to appearing inebriated; entering the field of play or throwing objects in the stands or onto the field; harassing or intimidating others; or directing profane, insulting, abusive or highly critical language at another person (such as racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or demeaning slurs) -- will be removed from the event and may face arrest and prosecution in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
A fan's season tickets may be subject to termination if their behavior or that of the person(s) holding their ticket(s) is found to violate this code of conduct. Any fan behavior that directly or indirectly interferes with the enjoyment of the game by others or conduct of the event will be promptly addressed and may result in revocation of the ticket license and removal from the venue.
If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game or event, please contact an Event Team Member for assistance.
Parking
Parking is available in the Main Athletic Lot located on the south side of Canham. Overflow parking is available at Crisler Lot SC-4, off Greene Street and Kipke Drive and is available to park after 5 p.m. on weeknights and weekends (exception to this is when there are home football or men's basketball games).

Prohibited Items
• Containers of any kind (including coolers, thermoses, cups, bottles, cans, flasks)
• Aerosol and Spray Cans
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Irritants (i.e., noisemakers, air horns, etc.)
• Food of any kind
• Weapons
• Dogs and other pets (service animals are allowed)
• Any projectile or object that could cause injury if thrown onto the playing field or into the seating areas.
• Camera lenses larger than 6-inches in length
• Seat cushions containing any type of metal or those with pockets, zippers, storage slots, seat backs, arm rests, or attachments of any kind
Restrooms
Public restrooms are located in the main lobby of Canham Natatorium.

Automated Teller Machines
Located inside the northwest entrance of Yost Ice Arena if the arena is open to the public. Other options are located on State Street and Packard.
Entrances
Guests arriving to Canham Natatorium are encouraged to arrive early and travel light. Anyone attempting to enter Canham Natatorium will be subject to a security check of their bag and jacket. Bags that have been approved and passed inspection should be able to fit comfortably under your seat. Oversized bags that interfere with the comfort of those around you are prohibited and final determination of this will be made by an Event Team Member.
Exit/Re-entry
Guests are not permitted to leave Canham Natatorium and return on the same ticket. Re-admittance to Canham Natatorium will be allowed only in the case of an emergency. Those needing to exit Canham Natatorium for this purpose must see an Event Team Member prior to exiting.
Fan Conduct
Guests using foul language, making obscene gestures, or appearing inebriated will be ejected from Canham Natatorium. Any guest entering the competition area or throwing objects in the stands or onto the pool are subject to a citation and/or ejection. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the championship, please contact an Event Team Member for assistance.
Lost and Found
Found articles should be taken to the nearest Event Team Member. Persons who have lost articles can inquire by calling Ryan Silva at (734) 764-7943 to inquire about their belongings.
Medical Assistance
An ambulance will be on site at Canham Natatorium during the championship and emergency medical technicians are prepared to assist any guest in need. Should you or someone near you require medical assistance, please see an Event Team Member.
Merchandise
Official Big Ten Women's Swimming & Diving merchandise may be purchased at the M Den shop in the Fan Plaza located in the main lobby of Canham Natatorium.
Programs/Heat Sheets
Programs and heat sheets for each session will be available for purchase in the lobby of the natatorium.

Spectator Parking
• Parking Maps 
Prelims Daily: Limited parking is available in the Athletic Lot near Canham due to regular Athletic Department Employee workday parking. Please see parking maps.
Parking for Guests with Mobility Impairments is available in a reserved area of the Athletic Lot near Canham Natatorium. All parking for persons with disabilities requires a State-Issued Disability Parking Placard/License Plate. This lot can be accessed best off of State Street at the entrance between Yost and the Ross Academic Center. The parking staff will direct patrons and assist with parking.
Lot SC-32: Located at the corner of Hoover and Greene, SC-32 is a paid lot located two blocks from Canham Natatorium.
Lot SC-7: The lot closest to the railroad tracks which is located off of Stadium Boulevard and Kipke Drive near the Crisler Center. This is a University Permit lot, but parking will be suspended for the Big Ten Swimming & Diving Championships. Spectators are asked to park in the in the rows closest to the railroad track and follow signs to Canham Natatorium. Once across the tracks, take a left and follow the walkway along the fence line. Pass Michigan Softball and then the Indoor Track Building on the way to the natatorium.
University Lot SC-37: Next to Revelli Hall, just off Hoover Street is a University PERMIT ONLY Lot until 5 p.m. If teams/guest park there they will be ticketed and possibly towed.
Friday, Feb. 19: Due to an ice hockey game vs. Ferris State (7:35 p.m.) at Yost Ice Arena, the entire athletic lot is a permit and limited cash sales beginning at 4:30 p.m. Alternate parking should be planned at the lots listed below. Parking for guests with mobility impairments will be available in the Athletic Lot near Canham Natatorium; however, due to ice hockey game cost to park will be $10 per car.
Finals Parking: Parking is allowed in the University Permit Lots near Canham Natatorium ONLY after 5 p.m.

These lots are near Crisler Center just off of Keech Avenue and is just four blocks to Canham Natatorium. |

Spectators are asked to park in the in the rows closest to the railroad tracks and walk across the tracks. Take a left and follow the walkway to Canham Natatorium along the fence line. Pass Michigan Softball field and then the Indoor Track Building on the way to Canham Natatorium. Please follow signs. |
Smoking
The University of Michigan is a smoke-free campus. For the health and enjoyment of our guests, smoking is prohibited in all areas of the facility. In addition, guests wanting to leave and smoke may not re-enter the facility. It is the responsibility of all guests to observe the no-smoking regulation.
Tickets and Admission
Canham Natatorium will be open one hour prior to event time. Tickets cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Please hold on to your ticket stub at all times. Public & Team Will Call is located at the main entrance of Canham Natatorium. Michigan reserves the right to prohibit the carrying of any other item into the arena. Decisions on which items to prohibit will be made contingent upon security briefings by law enforcement agencies.
