Season Ticket / Flex Plan Holders
• If a game is rescheduled, the original ticket and seat location is valid for the new date and time.
• If a game is cancelled, season tickets are not eligible for a refund on a single game basis.
Individual Game Ticket Holders
• If a game is rescheduled, the original ticket and seat location is valid for the new date and time. However, if the game is rescheduled as part of a doubleheader, you will be refunded and will need to purchase a new ticket for the doubleheader if you would like to attend that day.
• If a game is cancelled, individual game ticket holders will receive a refund 7-10 business days after the game.
