Men's Basketball Season Ticket Upgrades
How it Works
Season ticket upgrades for the 2025-26 season will take place from Tuesday, August 12 to Thursday, August 14.
The online seat selection tool will allow each season ticket holder to:
- Preview seat availability online.
- Make seat upgrades from the convenience of your home or office.
- Personally customize your season tickets according to all available inventory.
- Due to limited availability, you will only be able to move your season tickets; seat additions will not be available. You may preview available inventory throughout the upgrade period, including prior to your official start time. Once you reach your designated start time, you will have access to live inventory to adjust your season tickets.

Policies
In order to participate in basketball season ticket upgrades, you must be paid in full for both your Preferred Seat Contribution (if seated in a PSC section) and your season tickets by the renewal deadline.
Additional Information
Tickets may not be purchased for the primary purpose of resale and may be cancelled at the discretion of Michigan Athletics. Michigan Athletics reserves the right to monitor sales and withhold season ticket renewal opportunities or cancel ticket orders from accounts that exhibit activity consistent with that of a ticket broker. Ticket brokers are defined as ticket holders who purchase tickets with the primary intent of reselling their tickets for profit or whose accounts indicate high levels of secondary market activity.
Season ticket holders attempting to circumvent established ticket limits by creating numerous accounts may have their tickets cancelled at the discretion of Michigan Athletics. Season ticket holders may not have more than eight total regular season tickets and eight total premium season tickets.
If Michigan Athletics detects activity in violation of established policies or indicative of ticket brokering, we reserve the right to reduce or remove number of season tickets for future seasons without notification. We also reserve the right to limit access to standard season ticket benefits to include but not limited to donor onsales for ticket packs/individual game sales, away game tickets, season ticket upgrades, postseason ticketing, etc.

While this process is optional, every season ticket holder (renewing and new) will receive a time slot based on their priority points with the possibility of upgrading seats. Season ticket holder must be paid in full or on a payment plan in order to be eligible. Patron login information will be emailed in advance of the process.

No. All season ticket holders will have access to the seating process, but if you do not want to change your seats, you do not need to login to re-select them.

No. You will be assigned a time slot, but participation is completely optional. Time slots are determined by priority points each year.

You will not be able to select seats that results in leaving a stranded single seat.

Google Chrome, which can be downloaded and installed for free, is the preferred web browser. The online seat upgrade process can be completed on a desktop/laptop, tablet, or on your smartphone.

Once you have completed the checkout process, you cannot log back in and change seats. You will only be able to change seats or purchase new seats once, and only on or after your assigned date and time.

ADA seats will be on the site and may be selected based on availability.

Under all circumstances, season ticket holders cannot have over 8 season tickets.

Season tickets will not be available to add during the 2025-26 upgrade process.

Yes. New season ticket holders will get an assigned day and time slot based on their priority points, just as current season ticket holders.

Depending on the section, season tickets start at $299, plus a $10 service charge.

This seating process is entirely based online. In order to change or add seats, you will need access to a computer, tablet, or mobile device when your time slot begins.

Season ticket holders are encouraged to login to their account prior to their selection time in case there are any issues. This process is entirely based online, so if you cannot access it at any point after your time slot, your seats will remain in the same location as the previous year.

Yes, club seats and courtside seats will be available to move into. Champions Boxes will not be available during the upgrade process but are still available to purchase for the upcoming season.
