Michigan Sports Marketing
Anchored by WTKA-AM 1050 in Ann Arbor, Michigan Sports Marketing is comprised of affiliate stations that cover the state of Michigan during ice hockey season. Al Randall enters his 30th year as the play-by-play voice for Michigan ice hockey. He will be joined in the booth by a group of color analysts, including Fred Pletsch and former Wolverines Max Shuart (2015-17) and Nolan De Jong (2014-17).

Inside Michigan Hockey Radio Show
The Inside Michigan Hockey Radio Show, broadcast by AM 1050 WTKA, will make its 2024-25 season debut at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 1. The hour-long show also will air on WXYT-AM 1270 in Detroit.
The show will feature University of Michigan ice hockey head coach Brandon Naurato along with current student-athletes and Michigan Hockey alumni. Al Randall, entering his 30th year as the play-by-play voice for Michigan ice hockey, will serve as the host of most episodes, with Fred Pletsch hosting a handful of shows during the season.
Fans can experience the show live from Pretzel Bell in downtown Ann Arbor. During select shows during the season, there will be giveaways and food/drink specials, along with opportunities to hear from Coach Naurato and other members of Michigan Hockey.
