Clear Bag Policy
Fans attending the Big Ten Football Championship Game in Indianapolis will be asked to enter with clear bags and should be prepared to arrive early. A clear bag policy, similar to that used by the NFL, College Football Playoff, other conference championship games and on the majority of Big Ten campuses, will be in effect for the Big Ten Championship Game at Lucas Oil Stadium. Digital Tickets
NFL stadiums, including Lucas Oil Stadium, utilize a digital ticketing system to better secure tickets for fans and ensure a better game experience. Fans that requested tickets through Michigan Athletics should have already received digital tickets delivered to the email associated with the Michigan Athletics ticket account. Fans must download and add digital tickets to their phone's mobile wallet.
Parking Information
Lucas Oil Stadium is located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, with close proximity to restaurants, bars, hotels, shopping, attractions and parking. Indianapolis features arguably the most walkable downtown area in America. Utilize one of the downtown's more than 73,000 parking spaces and then enjoy the 2023 Big Ten Football Championship Game and all of the fan events. Lucas Oil Stadium
Home of Super Bowl XLVI, Lucas Oil Stadium has served as the host venue for the Big Ten Football Championship Game since it began in 2011. To make your game day as easy as possible, please remember the following:
- There is a clear bag policy in effect for the Big Ten Football Championship Game.
- As a reminder, alcoholic beverages will be sold throughout Lucas Oil Stadium through the end of the third quarter of the Championship Game. Please drink responsibly.
- The Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office will open at noon on game day. Gates open at 6:15p.m.

U-M Club of Indianapolis Pre-game Gathering
Join the U-M Club of Indianapolis for a pre-game gathering starting at noon with Michigan alumni, family and faithful at O'Reilly's (36 S. Pennsylvania St., Indianapolis 46204) and its neighboring adjacent bars, Coaches Tavern (next door), Pier 48 (130 S. Pennsylvania St, Suite B), Howl at the Moon (20 E. Big Ten Fan Fest
Every Big Ten Football Championship Game ticket will allow complimentary admission into the Fan Fest presented by Dr Pepper at the Indiana Convention Center Friday (5 p.m. - 9 p.m. ET) and Saturday (10 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET). While admission is complimentary, each fan will need to complete a waiver to gain entry. Click here to complete the Fan Fest waiver in advance.
More than 200,00 square feet in the Indiana Convention Center will be dedicated to interactive games, and entertainment - including special guest appearances and mascots - performances by participating team bands, giveaways, food and beverages, and much more.
Big Ten Tailgate Town
The Big Ten Tailgate Town on South Street is the perfect "Gateway to Fan Fest." Free admission to the public is available from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Saturday. The Big Ten Tailgate Town includes a Major League Eating Contest where the top-ranked eaters in the country see who can eat the most World Famous St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail at 3 p.m., food and beverage sales, college football action on the video screens, a live band and DJ, merchandise sales, sponsor giveaways, a photo opportunity with 3-D B1G letters, and much more to offer the ultimate tailgating experience.
Free Youth Football Clinic
The USA Football FUNdamental Youth Clinics will take place on Dr. Pepper Field inside Fan Fest at 10:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2. No pre-registration is required, and participants will receive a t-shirt.
Youth Football Officials Clinic
Indiana Sports Corp in partnership with the Big Ten is bringing a free opportunity to become a youth football official for those 14 years or older. As part of the program, Indiana Sports Corp will host three different football officials' training sessions, with the first taking place in person during the Big Ten Football Championship Game weekend on Friday, December 1. The second training session will be held virtually in April, and the final session will take place in person in June of 2024.
