From Detroit Metro Airport and points east: Take I-94 west to Ann Arbor-Saline Road (exit 175). Turn right and follow Ann Arbor- Saline Road as it turns into Main Street, going north for approximately 1 1/2 miles. Crisler Center is located near the northeast corner of Main and Stadium Boulevard next to Michigan Stadium. The parking lot for Crisler can be entered from two locations.
Turn right immediately after Michigan Stadium onto E. Keech Avenue and turn right into the lot just past Michigan Stadium, or turn right onto Stadium Boulevard and turn left into the parking lot immediately after Crisler Center.

Bag Policy
All bags (including purses and fanny packs) are prohibited from being carried into Crisler Center. Fans are encouraged to bring ONLY necessary items to games at Crisler Center. All subjects and items are subject to search. Please email guestservices@umich.edu with specific questions.
Exceptions for guests with medical or childcare needs (e.g., medical prescriptions, diapers for a baby, etc.) will be addressed individually at the entrances. Guests with medical or childcare needs may expedite their entry at the entrances by requesting approval of their necessary item(s) ahead of time using our Special Permission Form. Requests will be reviewed and approved or denied by 3 p.m. the day before each home meet. Approved items will be searched and tagged at each gate on game day.
Accessibility
The University of Michigan has established these policies and procedures in an effort to ensure that our guests with a disability enjoy their game day experience at Crisler Center. If you have any questions about these policies and procedures, please see the nearest Event Team Member. Also, if you have any post-game day input, please email us at guestservices@umich.edu.
Parking for Persons with Disabilities: Accessible parking is available just outside the NE Entrance. Only persons with a state issued disability placard will be allowed to access this parking area. Accessible parking is available in the Blue Lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Gates: The Northeast Entrances of Crisler Center is ADA accessible.
Elevator: The Crisler Center elevator in the Northeast Entrance may be used by guests with a disability to access the different areas of the arena. Please see the arena map for the location of elevator.
Accessible Routes: The Crisler Center concourse is fully accessible. If guests need assistance to/from different areas please contact the nearest event team member for help.
Will Call: The Public Will Call ticket window is located at the Northeast Entrance of Crisler Center.
Restrooms: All restrooms inside Crisler Center are accessible.
Ticketing/Seating: The University of Michigan strives to create an accessible and inclusive experience for individuals with disabilities consistent with applicable federal and state laws. The following ticketing/seating policies and procedures are in effect to assist individuals with disabilities:
- Wheelchair users -- Persons using wheelchairs and their companion(s) will be permitted, subject to availability, to purchase adjacent seats in a manner which affords them full and equal accessibility.
- Season Tickets -- Season ticket sales for current wheelchair users and their companion(s) can be renewed in the same manner as guests without disabilities, except as noted in this policy. Guests using wheelchairs and their companion(s) shall be afforded a choice of seating locations from among the available wheelchair locations.
- Single Meet Tickets -- Subject to availability of accessible seating, the University will offer for sale single meet tickets for wheelchair accessible seats and companion seats.
- Exchanges -- Patrons needing wheelchair accessible seating (whether the tickets were purchased from the ticket office or otherwise acquired) are required to provide their tickets for exchange to the Athletics Ticket Office as soon as possible before the meet to ensure wheelchair accessible seats with a companion seat, based on availability. For more information please contact the Athletics Ticket Office at (734) 764-0247. Patrons may also exchange tickets for available wheelchair accessible seats at Crisler Center (Northeast) on game day beginning 60 minutes prior to the game. Subject to availability, the Athletics Ticket Office will provide wheelchair accessible tickets in a comparable location to the original tickets. Ticket exchanges are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Seats Reserved Exclusively for Individuals with Disabilities -- No season or individual meet tickets will be sold or exchanged to guests without disabilities (other than companions of wheelchair users) in any wheelchair accessible seating. Persons who purchase season tickets in wheelchair accessible locations will be subject to verification of need for a wheelchair accessible seating location.
ADA Coordinator: Please submit feedback directly to the ADA Coordinator by emailing adacoordinator@umich.edu. Concerns of disability discrimination or harassment may be submitted to the Equity Civil Rights and Title IX Office (ECRT) using the reporting form..
Automated Teller Machines
ATMs are located in the Northeast Concourse by the MDen and in the Southwest Concourse across from MDen.
Baby Changing Areas
Baby changing areas are located in all restrooms of Crisler Center.
Cameras and Video Equipment
Single-frame flash photography is not allowed at meets. All forms of video and motion-picture cameras are strictly prohibited. Guests are also forbidden to use lighting or camera support pods at Crisler Center.
Concessions
Full service concession stands are available around the Crisler Center concourse. Concession services are managed by Sodexo Live!
All transactions at concession stands in Crisler Center are cashless and contactless in an effort to contribute to a safer game day environment and improve the fan experience by increasing the speed of service and decreasing wait times. Purchases can be made with debit or credit cards or mobile payment services such as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Locations can be found on the concession map. Limited stands may be open for a gymnastics meet.
Concessions: Alcohol Regulations & Sales
» Alcohol sales will be regulated beginning one hour before the announced start time until approximately 30 minutes remaining in the event.
» All patrons will be required to show ID at every purchase. There's a limit of two alcoholic beverages per transaction. If an individual is already in possession of one beverage, they will only be permitted to purchase one additional beverage.
» Alcoholic beverages will be sold at fixed locations throughout the center.
» Alcohol is not permitted to leave Crisler.
» Fans are encouraged to recycle their beverage cans
Exit/Re-Entry
Guests are not permitted to leave Crisler Center and return on the same ticket. Re-admittance to Crisler Center will be allowed only in the case of an emergency. Those needing to exit Crisler Center for this purpose must see a supervisor prior to exiting.
Fan Conduct
Michigan Athletics is committed to providing a fun, respectful, and inclusive environment for all fans, student-athletes, faculty, and staff. Participants and guests should not be subjected to harassment or intimidation or any other kind of disruptive behavior while attending Michigan Athletic Department events. Any fan who engages in disruptive behaviors -- including but not limited to appearing inebriated; entering the field of play or throwing objects in the stands or onto the field; harassing or intimidating others; or directing profane, insulting, abusive or highly critical language at another person (such as racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or demeaning slurs) -- will be removed from the event and may face arrest and prosecution in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
A fan's season tickets may be subject to termination if their behavior or that of the person(s) holding their ticket(s) is found to violate this code of conduct. Any fan behavior that directly or indirectly interferes with the enjoyment of the game by others or conduct of the event will be promptly addressed and may result in revocation of the ticket license and removal from the venue.
If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game or event, please contact an Event Team Member for assistance.
First Aid
Huron Valley Ambulance personnel are located throughout the arena seating areas and are available for assistance. An ambulance is on site at Crisler Center during all games and emergency medical technicians are prepared to assist any guest in need. Should you or someone near you require medical assistance, please see a Crisler Center event team member or go to the First Aid Station located on the Northeast Concourse at the top of the stairs.
Gate Openings
We highly recommend getting inside the arena gates in plenty of time to enjoy premeet festivities and avoid typical congestion near the start of the meet. Showing up early and becoming familiar with your surroundings will be the best way to make your game day experience a great one. Crisler Center gates open 60 minutes prior to the start of the meet. Please use the following entrances for your game day admission:

The Southwest (SW) entrance may be opened based on attendance projections.
Gender Inclusive Restrooms
Gender inclusive restroom locations are indicated on the arena map. These restrooms are single-occupant restrooms and anyone (regardless of gender, sex, gender identity, familial status, etc.) may use them for their intended purpose or other appropriate purpose (such as needing a private space for personal reasons for a very limited amount of time). Misuse of these facilities (for example, smoking, engaging in sexual activity, etc.) is prohibited.
Lactation Room
The lactation room at Crisler Center is located on the west concourse outside of Section 124. This private room is open to moms and babies that can be used for nursing or pumping. The room features a comfortable chair, a sink, changing table, and power outlets for electric pumps. It is monitored by Event Team Members to ensure its proper use. For further questions regarding the lactation room or permissible items to be brought into Crisler Center, please email guestservices@umich.edu.
Lost Children
Lost children should be taken to the nearest Crisler Center event team member.
Lost and Found
Found articles should be taken to the Guest Services booth on the Northeast Concourse. Persons who have lost articles can inquire at the Guests Services booth or call (734) 763-1659 to inquire about their belongings.
M Den
Souvenirs may be purchased at the M Den shops located at the northeast corner of the Crisler Center Concourse.
Media Entrance/Will Call
The designated entry point for media and media will call is located at the North Service Entrance of Crisler Center.
Mobile Tickets and Admission
Center gates will be open 60 minutes prior to the start of the meet. Tickets cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Children of all ages must have tickets for admission. Michigan Athletics is implementing mobile tickets to make your ticketing experience even more simple, safe, and secure. Fans will be receiving tickets in a tap to enter or digital QR code format to display on your mobile phone rather than a physical ticket or print at home.

Parking & Traffic
Parking is available in the lots surrounding Crisler Center. It can be accessed from Green Street and Stadium Boulevard. ADA parking is located in the lot in front of the NE entrance of Crisler.
Additional Information: The University of Michigan will not be responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles parked for a gymnastics meet or their contents. Patrons are reminded that normal parking regulations apply on meet day. Vehicles parked in fire lanes, at the end of aisles, and in any other illegal location will be ticketed and/or towed. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Spaces may not be reserved for later arriving vehicles unless authorized by the U-M Athletic Department.
Programs
Official souvenir programs are available from vendors on the Crisler Center concourse.
Prohibited Items
Guests are reminded that signs, conduct, or attire that is deemed offensive or inappropriate by a Crisler Center event staff team member will not be allowed in Crisler Center. All persons and bags are subject to search. Bags that have passed inspection must fit comfortably under your seat. Oversized bags that interfere with the comfort of those around you are prohibited and final determination of this will be made by a Crisler Center event team member.
The following items are prohibited at Men's Gymnastics meets:
• Flash photography
• All bags (including purses)
• Containers of any kind (including coolers, thermoses, cups, bottles, cans, flasks)
• Aerosol and Spray Cans
• Animals (except service animals for persons with a disability)
• Flags with Flagpoles
• Food of any kind
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Apparel or signage displaying profane or abusive language
• Binoculars
• Cameras with a lens longer than 6 inches
• Irritants (i.e., noisemakers, air horns, etc.)
• Strollers
• Video camera, tripods and selfie sticks
• Weapons
Michigan reserves the right to prohibit the carrying of any other item into the arena. Decisions on which items to prohibit will be made contingent upon security briefings by law enforcement agencies. Exceptions for medical or personal care reasons (e.g., diapers for a baby, medical prescriptions, etc.) will be addressed individually at the entrances. Michigan reserves the right to search or inspect such items and persons carrying them are encouraged to carry them into the arena in a clear plastic bag.
Telephones
Guests needing to make a phone call may do so at the Guest Services desk located on the Northeast Concourse.
Tobacco Policy
The University of Michigan is a tobacco-free campus. Tobacco use is prohibited in all University buildings, facilities, and grounds. It is the responsibility of all fans to observe this regulation while attending events on the Stephen M. Ross Athletic Campus. Prohibited tobacco products include lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, or other lighted smoking devices and electronic nicotine delivery systems (including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes, e-cigars, e-pipes, and other battery-powered devices used to smoke or vape). In addition, non-combustible tobacco products such as chew, snuff, snus, and hookah are also not allowed.
