Larkin appeared in all 10 games for Team USA, notching an assist in a 5-1 win against Finland on May 1 in Team USA's opening game of group play, and was a mainstay on the team's penalty killing unit...Played for the 2015 U.S. National Junior Team at the International Ice Hockey Federation World Junior Championship Dec. 26, 2014-Jan. 5, 2015, in Toronto and Montreal. Team USA fell to Russia, 3-2, in the quarterfinals on Jan. 2 to end its tournament run. Larkin was named Team USA's MVP, leading the team with seven points (5G, 2A) in five games.

Larkin was ranked 17th among North American skaters by the NHL's Central Scouting Service after a standout season with the United States National Team Development Program in 2013-14 ... Appeared in 60 games for the USNTDP Under-18 team and finished fourth on the team in scoring with 56 points (31 goals, 25 assists) in 60 games ... In April, he helped the United States earn gold at the 2014 IIHF Under-18 World Championship in Finland, recording four points (two goals, two assists) in six games ...
